L’ASSEDEL Recherche a soumis le Rapport sur les mauvais traitements et la torture au CPT

Les jurisprudences internationale et turque interdisent strictement les mauvais traitements et la torture. Cependant, les détails rapportés par ceux qui ont été torturés montrent la gravité de la déconnexion entre la théorie et la réalité. Les récits des victimes étaient très détaillés et pouvaient s’étendre sur plusieurs centaines de pages. ASSEDEL Research a soumis le rapport sur les mauvais traitements et la torture afin d’informer le groupe CPT Turquie sur la torture et les mauvais traitements qui se poursuivent systématiquement depuis 2016 en Turquie.
