ASSEDEL submits its report on unequal treatment and violation of international law in the context of “Rwanda asylum plan” of UK (visually supported)

ASSEDEL has submitted a report on the ongoing discussion about the UK Home Office’s plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. In this opinion statement, ASSEDEL aims to address the vital importance for human rights law in the United Kingdom, from different angles. ASSEDEL’s report highlights the violation of international law on refugee rights by the statements of UK officials. The report has been submitted to permanent representative of UK in CoE, delegation to the EU-UK Parliamentary Partnership Assembly, CoE Commissioner for Human Rights, EP-DROI chair and members.
