ASSEDEL submits its report on the Implementation of the European Social Charter to the Council of Europe

In this report, ASSEDEL responds to the invitation of The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) on national reports under the reporting procedure to the ECSR relating to the provisions belonging to the thematic group 2 on health, social security, and social protection.

The report approaches the subject from human rights violations perspective and emphasizes the mass dismissal of public servants in the post-coup period since July 2016. In this regard, the course of the Turkish government contradicts national and international laws.
