Amendment proposals on the protection of journalists around the world and the European Union’s policy on the matter to the European Parliament

ASSEDEL is committed to defending the rights of journalists and press freedom in the world. In this context, ASSEDEL has prepared proposals for amendments to the draft report on the protection of journalists in the world and the European Union’s policy in this area. These proposals have been elaborated on the basis of the information contained in the said draft report, in order to strengthen the measures of protection of journalists and to promote a more effective policy of the European Union in this matter.
