Understanding the inner workings of European institutions and their daily operations is essential for engaging meaningfully with human rights in Europe. ASSEDEL’s "Open Library" event series moves beyond formal policy conferences to create a welcoming space for direct dialogue between young generations and seasoned institutional experts.

Hosted at our office in Strasbourg, this evening event offers participants the opportunity to join small, rotating discussion groups led by guest speakers from the Council of Europe and PACE. You will explore guest speakers' professional journeys, daily responsibilities, and key challenges, while actively sharing your own perspectives. The session will conclude with an informal networking reception, allowing participants and speakers to connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.
