ASSEDEL responded to the call for submission of the UN Secretary General

ASSEDEL submits proposals on Strengthening United Nations action in the field of human rights through the promotion of international cooperation following the request of The General Assembly in its resolution.

The submission presents proposals to the UN General Secretary on three key issues including Universal Periodic Review recommendations, the role of the media in raising public awareness on human rights and UN functions, and human rights bodies within the UN system in carrying out their mandates.
