Supported by eighteen signatories, including 15 Members of the European Parliament and 3 Members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the open letter specifically calls for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un leadership politique renforc\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9server la Convention d'Istanbul,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une ratification rapide et une mise en \u0153uvre int\u00e9grale dans tous les \u00c9tats membres de l'UE,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reprendre le dialogue avec les pays qui se sont retir\u00e9s, afin de les encourager \u00e0 se r\u00e9engager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This represents ASSEDEL\u2019s concrete action following our latest panel discussion: \u201c15 Years of the Istanbul Convention: Renewing Our Commitment to Women\u2019s Rights\u201d, co-hosted by MEP Anna Strolenberg (Volt, Greens\/EFA) that took place at the European Parliament in Brussels on April 13, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To read the full text and
