ASSEDEL a communiqu\u00e9 ses observations dans le cadre de l\u2019arr\u00eat historique Yuksel YALCINKAYA c. Turquie de grande chambre de la Cour europ\u00e9enne des Droits de l\u2019Homme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intended for the Council of Europe\u2019s Committee of Ministers, which is responsible for supervising the execution of the Court\u2019s judgments, our observations cover not only the execution of the individual measures ordered, but also general measures concerning the abuse of anti-terrorist legislation by the Turkish courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This judgment is one of a series of cases \u2013 2,000 so far \u2013 against Turkey for violation of Article 7 of the Convention, which member states are very rarely found to have breached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
