Il souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019adopter des politiques et des mesures pour assurer un traitement juste et respectueux des personnes LGBTI, sur la base d\u2019une analyse approfondie de diverses enqu\u00eates et recherches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les lois anti-discrimination, la discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des personnes LGBTI est toujours r\u00e9pandue sur le lieu de travail. Ils font souvent face \u00e0 des obstacles sur le plan de l\u2019emploi, de l\u2019avancement professionnel et de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux avantages et aux privil\u00e8ges, ce qui entra\u00eene des d\u00e9savantages \u00e9conomiques et sociaux. Les environnements de travail hostiles, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par des microagressions, sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9occupants. Ces microagressions cr\u00e9ent une atmosph\u00e8re toxique pour les personnes LGBTI, affectant leur sant\u00e9 mentale et physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le rapport souligne l\u2019importance des politiques et des pratiques en milieu de travail pour aborder ces questions. Les entreprises devraient avoir des politiques inclusives de non-discrimination et des initiatives de diversit\u00e9 pour garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour les personnes LGBTI.
