ASSEDEL a soumis un rapport \u00e0 l\u2019attention du Comit\u00e9 des nations unies contre la torture, au sujet de plusieurs situations pr\u00e9occupantes sur les violations des droits humains en Belgique, et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement sur plusieurs situations qui semblent entrer en contradiction avec l\u2019application de la convention contre la torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou d\u00e9gradants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, au regard des articles premier, 3 et 6 de la convention susmentionn\u00e9e, plusieurs acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pr\u00e9sents en Belgique tirent la sonnette d\u2019alarme au sujet des violences polici\u00e8res, des conditions de d\u00e9tention, du principe de non-refoulement ou encore des conditions d\u2019expulsions, extraditions et rapatriements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
