\u00e0 l'article 28 du R\u00e8glement de la Cour, qui est propos\u00e9 d'introduire le m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9cusation pour toutes les formes de composition de la Cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ASSEDEL se f\u00e9licite de cet amendement, qui pr\u00e9voit un m\u00e9canisme concret de contr\u00f4le de l'ind\u00e9pendance et de l'impartialit\u00e9 des juges par la participation des requ\u00e9rants, et
