La Rapporteuse Sp\u00e9ciale des Nations Unies sur la libert\u00e9 de religion ou de croyance pr\u00e9pare un rapport sur les r\u00e9ponses transformative \u00e0 l\u2019incitation \u00e0 la haine fond\u00e9e sur la religion ou la croyance. La Rapporteuse Sp\u00e9ciale a invit\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e0 fournir ses observations. L\u2019ASSEDEL a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cet appel en soumettant le pr\u00e9sent rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSEDEL has chosen to address the question \u2018how are prejudicial attitudes among state actors, including law enforcement and justice operators, monitored, recognized and addressed\u2019 in France?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le rapport rappel le principe constitutionnel de la\u00efcit\u00e9<\/em> et son r\u00f4le essentiel dans la r\u00e9glementation du comportement des acteurs de l\u2019\u00c9tat en mati\u00e8re de neutralit\u00e9 religieuse. Le rapport aborde trois enjeux cruciaux de l\u2019incitation \u00e0 la haine religieuse\u00a0: les rh\u00e9toriques antireligions dans les discours politiques, la discrimination indirecte dans la loi et la probl\u00e9matique de la technique du profilage racial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ASSEDEL s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur les travaux des Nations Unies, de la Commission europ\u00e9enne contre le racisme et l\u2019intol\u00e9rance et d\u2019organisme fran\u00e7ais de protection des droits de l\u2019homme. Dans ce rapport, l\u2019ASSEDEL a souhait\u00e9 compiler des cas sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019incitation \u00e0 la haine religieuse en France afin de mettre en lumi\u00e8re certaines probl\u00e9matiques dans les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9ponses existant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
