Depuis des ann\u00e9es la Gr\u00e8ce est accus\u00e9e de proc\u00e9d\u00e9r au refoulement (pushback) des demandeurs d'asile. C'est dans ce cadre que la Cour europ\u00e9enne des droits de l'Homme a communiqu\u00e9 une affaire<\/a><\/em><\/strong> concernant deux refoul\u00e9s, dont une ressortissante franco-turque ayant le droit de circuler librement en Gr\u00e8ce, au Gouvernement grec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSEDEL, autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 intervenir \u00e0 titre d'intervenant tierce pour ladite affaire, dans son m\u00e9moire s'int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la question de la caract\u00e9risation des violations all\u00e9gu\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tierce intervention de l'ASSEDEL pose \u00e9galement la question de savoir si les demandeurs d'asile qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 refoul\u00e9s devraient \u00eatre oblig\u00e9s d'\u00e9puiser les voies de recours grecques avant d'introduire une requ\u00eate individuelle devant la Cour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle met enfin l'accent sur la situation exceptionnelle des ressortissants turcs incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s ( sympathisants pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s du Mouvement Gulen et de la cause kurde) pour des motifs politiques, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 refoul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
