La France a soumis son neuvi\u00e8me rapport p\u00e9riodique au Comit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9limination des discriminations \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des femmes. Dans ce contexte, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 fournir ses observations au comit\u00e9 dans le cadre de son examen. L\u2019ASSEDEL a donc soumis un rapport au comit\u00e9 en mettant en exergue plusieurs points et recommandations pour assurer une lutte plus efficace contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles et plus particuli\u00e8rement les f\u00e9minicides, et violences au sein de la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In its report, ASSEDEL examines several measures put in place by France to combat gender-based violences, such as the \u201cT\u00e9l\u00e9phone grave danger\u201d (serious danger telephone), protection orders, ssv prevention and education, and emergency shelter places, and makes its own recommendations.
