Dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude globale sur l'impact des mesures antiterroristes sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et l'espace civique, l'ASSEDEL a soumis un rapport sur les pratiques de d\u00e9cisions arbitraires du syst\u00e8me juridique turc qui ont commenc\u00e9 apr\u00e8s les affaires de corruption 17\/25 et qui ont atteint son apog\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la tentative de coup d'\u00c9tat de juillet 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le texte souligne la fa\u00e7on dont les syst\u00e8mes juridiques nationaux et internationaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s et comment les grands principes tels que les principes \"de l\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de s\u00fbret\u00e9\" et le \"principe universel de non-r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9\" ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ignor\u00e9s dans le pays pour licencier et emprisonner les citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
