Madame Dunja MIJATOVIC, Commissaire aux droits de l’homme du Conseil de l’Europe, a adress\u00e9 une lettre au Pr\u00e9sident et aux membres de la Commission des lois du S\u00e9nat fran\u00e7ais le 15 d\u00e9cembre 2020. Elle y a demand\u00e9 aux s\u00e9nateurs d’apporter des modifications substantielles au projet de loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 globale afin de le rendre plus conforme aux droits de l’homme et les a invit\u00e9s \u00e0 supprimer l’interdiction impos\u00e9e par l’article 24 du projet de loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’association de d\u00e9fense des droits de l’homme ASSEDEL a soulign\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9 de la vie priv\u00e9e dans une perspective de droits de l’homme fondamentaux et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la Commissaire son point de vue et ses pr\u00e9occupations sur le sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
